Character Introduction: Shinomori Aoshi known in Western order as Aoshi Shinomori in the English version of the anime, is a fictional “Okashira”. Oniwabanshū in the Rurouni Kenshin universe created by Nobuhiro Watsuki.Shinomori Aoshi is the genius young leader of the Oniwabanshū onmitsu. After the revolution, the Oniwabanshuu lost its purpose and he decided to work for Takeda Karnyuu instead but this leads to death of his comrades which results from driving him mad.
